

Scott has been Executive Chef at Bistro Don Giovanni since 2002. With a talent for creating fresh takes on Italian and French Country classics, Scott continues to delight Don Giovanni’s patrons with daily menus inspired by the ingredients of the season.
Before joining Donna and Giovanni, Scott worked in various New York bistros and for three years as chef at a popular Los Angeles restaurant, Warner moved in 1994 to San Francisco to work with Reed Hearon at Restaurant Lulu and later as executive chef at Rose Pistola where he garnered a James Beard Award for “Best New Restaurant.”
